Buford Road, Bon Air, Huguenot Road, Bellgrade, Midlothian, Robious, Old Gun, Salisbury, Sycamore Square, Route 60, Jahnke, Greenfield, Woodmont…
Northern Chesterfield borders the City and the River and in Bon Air, some of the oldest houses in the county. It also has some of the most expensive, the majority of which exist along Old Gun Road and Robious Road west of Huguenot.
Subdivisons such as Tarrington, Founders Bridge, Salisbury, Rosemont, Queenspark and Queens Grant are all located in the Robious Road Corridor.
64 has some excellent schools with James River and Midlothian being the two primary high schools that serve the area.
Look for predominantly colonial and transitional architecture in family friendly neighborhoods. The majority of housing was built post 1960 with a large part of the Robious corridor built post 1990.
