My name is Sarah Jarvis and I am the Principal Broker and an owner of One South Realty Group. I am a native of the Richmond area, growing up in Hanover County and living in many locales throughout the Metro. After graduating from the College of William and Mary in 1990, I was licensed as a Realtor in 1991 and by 1996, had started my first brokerage. In 2008, I helped found One South Realty Group with my husband, Rick Jarvis, and commercial broker, Tom Rosman. We saw an opportunity to create a company that would serve both the residential and commercial markets and capitalize on our diverse experience in multiple areas of real estate. One South Realty Group has grown from a new company to the top 5% of all real estate companies in the Richmond area.

I am Kendall C. Kendall, Client Care Coordinator at One South (yes, that really is my name!)
My job is to be a resource for anything you need. From helping you to understand the different tools available to aid in your search, to finding out about specific information on a home, consider me your personal assistant until you are ready to start viewing properties.
I have been a Richmond area resident since 1997 when my family was transferred here from Arizona. I have personally experienced relocating to Richmond and can help you navigate the process of learning about our amazing city and surrounding counties. I have years of experience in helping people and I will work quickly and diligently to get you the information you need. Jenny Kramer, Realtor
Jenny brings a native Richmonder’s perspective to every transaction, along with a can-do attitude and energy to get the job done. Her real estate experience is backed by over a decade in both sales and management allowing her to effective negotiate and close deals for her clients.
Jenny attended Virginia Commonwealth University and currently calls the Fan District her home along with husband and two daughters. She spends her free time enjoying RVA and the many cultural and experiential things our city offers.

Born and raised in Richmond, VA, Jenny attended Virginia Commonwealth University and earned a B.S. in Mass Communications. She spent many years as a Senior Account Manager in a local marketing firm representing clients varying from major consumer electronic brands to retailers such as Circuit City & Ritz Camera, and winning awards such as “Rep of the Year” and “Supply Chain Excellence.” After Jenny’s son arrived in 2009, she shifted her skill set to real estate.
Her excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiating skills are key in guiding her clients through their real estate transactions. She currently lives in Sleepy Hollow (Henrico County) with her husband, son, and Parson Russell Terrier.
Jess Deleo, Realtor
Jessica is a graduate of VCU with her MBA in Brand Management. She has enjoyed viewing homes since a child, often visiting residential construction sites with her dad who was a contractor. Since then she has wanted to work with homes and has found a passion for helping others find their perfect home.

My name is Rick Jarvis and I helped found One South. It had become apparent to me that Richmond severely lacked a Real Estate Brokerage that embraced progressive technology and methods as well as one that understood the complexities of the re-emerging urban core.
Initially targeting the development community in many of the historic and redeveloping neighborhoods, we cut our teeth on the projects that were redefining Richmond. We learned to communicate to our clients the impact of the development momentum around us and quickly grew from a small band of 5 agents to the group we are today.
Our advice to our clients comes from being as knowledgeable about Jackson Ward as we are about Wyndham so we can be truly objective when making recommendations. As your Advocates, what do we bring to the table that sets us apart from your typical agent and (more importantly) how does it benefit you?
We bring a ton of varied and applicable experience. We have owned (either personally or in partnership) over 300 properties over the last 20 years including single family homes, condo projects, and office buildings. We have represented builders, invested in income producing properties and worked with buyers and sellers all over the Richmond Metro area at all price points. From 2002 to 2007, Sarah worked with a single wealthy investor loaning over $250 million of his personal funds as private financing to builders and developers in the Richmond area. These years of experience have given us invaluable skills in:
